Best way to ship skis to Chile?

Can anyone tell me the best/cheapest way to ship skis to Santiago Chile?

UPS and Fed ex cost more than $400, and USPS doesn't ship anything that big.

If You are not traveling with Your skis, try sending them through as cargo.
This will require airport pickup but may work for You.
