Tell me, what am I supposed to do.
I have some Bros coming with a TR of 32m, and I live in Michigan, where my local hill is 375 ish vert ft.
I'm thinking this is reason enough to plan more trips west!!!!
What do you do with a big ski on a small hill?

You point it.
Yeah, point it halfway down for speed, then throw 2 high g-force turns before you spray the liftline. :) If there's any air along the way, might as well sacrifice pointing it, so you can hit the air instead.
As you enjoy this, dream of what you could potentially be doing on a bigger mountain---dream this every single time.
Later, pull the trigger and move, so you can make Michigan the place you visit once or twice a year. You can do it. The maggots say it's OK.

Vitamin I - Love your sig. That ice....
As for 375 ft. of vert...
That'll give you time to buckle your boots before you catch a flight out west to put those skis in their element, young lady.

Those BROS will kick ass no matter where you ski them, in Michigan or 375ft vert or whatever. That was part of their design---pure STOKE WHEREVER ANYWHERE ANYTIME. Hmmm...how old are BROS? Designed 2-3 years ago? And how much tweaking have the super-kickass PM designer/builders done on the dimensions of the original BROS since then?
Ummm...none. Because they NAILED IT the first time! And that's the point! Gee...STOKE on skis...that sounds good...do I want STOKE on skis? Fk Yeah I want that!!! Gimme Gimme Gimme!
Fer sure, with Bros, OP will MAXIMIZE stoke on that hill! Point it, hold it...hold it...and then carve.

Sounds like SnowSnake to me...
According to my calculations you have room for 4 turns.
Yes, bring 'em West! :)

Abasin is 1 week away, so I took the Bros out for a little test run this weekend and I got my answer to the question:
What do you do with a big ski on a small hill?
You hold on to your ass and say wooooo wooooooo, (http://www.prankcallsunlimited.com/freesound2/trainhorn.wav) Because these things are a freakin' Freight Train! I could not get the grin off my face!
