That's the one I recommened to folks around here. Also, Z, a great supplement is Moutaineering: The Freedom of the Hills. It's a big book that covers everything from glisading to avy safety to knots to first aid. It is the bible of mountain travel and is invaluable reading for anyone spending time in the backcountry.

Freedom of the Hills is the Bible. Anyone who ventures into the mountains should read and re-read.
