CONTEST RULES
Eligibility:
Contest is open to all site visitors. No employees of K2 or their family members are eligible to win. There may be only one winner per household.
Prizes:
GRAND PRIZE: 3 day cat skiing trip to the famous Retallick lodge. The prize package includes 3 full days of cat skiing, one which will be with Seth, lodging and food. The winner will also win a pair of K2 ObSethed Skis, Hestra Gloves, and Full Tilt boots.
FIRST RUNNER-UP PRIZE: Gear package including a pair of K2 ObSethed Skis,
Hestra Gloves, and Full Tilt boots.
How winners are notified:
The winner will be chosen December 16, 2010 and will be notified by email within the week. Winner must respond to notification within 30 days from the date of the drawing or else the prize will be forfeited.

I agree that the information I am sending to K2 Skis shall become the property of K2 Skis. I do not retain any rights in the property and agree that K2 Skis has no obligation whatsoever regarding this property (including no obligation to return
the property, no obligation to use or not use the property, no obligation to pay for the property). I further agree that sending this information to K2 Skis confers no obligation of confidentiality or secrecy regarding the information.
Limitations of Liability:
By entering the contest, entrants agree to abide by all terms of the Official Rules and the decisions of K2 Skis, made in its sole discretion, which shall be final. K2 Skis is not responsible for misdirected, lost, destroyed, incomplete, mechanically duplicated, or entries not otherwise in compliance with the Official Rules (and such entries will be ineligible). K2 Skis is not responsible for any kind of damage arising from participation in this contest. K2 Skis is not responsible for any invalid entries due to a player's incompatibility with our software; any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur, or any typographical errors.
K2 Skis reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. Full Tilt assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. Should the contest be terminated, notice will be posted on the web site.
Winners under the age of 18 must have their parents' and/or legal guardians consent to accept prizes. Winners, by acceptance of the prize, agree to release K2 Skis, from any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to person and property, which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership and/or use of the prize. K2 Skis disclaims any responsibility for liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the use of any prizes awarded.
