I started skiing some 30 years ago aged 10. Over the years I progressed in to racing and off piste/back country skiing. I had various boots, but none came close to the Raichle Flexon Equipes and Flexon Comps I used for many a happy year. All over Europe people 'in the know' would give you a nod admiring the choice of boot, and knowing the secret of how good these boots are. Eventually I wore out my Flexon's, but Raichle had stopped making them, and only produced the 'F One', I bought a pair. They just did not compare, and did not offer the same fit or flex. Unfortunately skiing has had to take a backseat over the last few years with young family and job commitments. Recently I did some reminiscing to see if I could buy an old pair on Ebay, and couldn’t believe that someone had the foresight to keep this boot design alive, and that you can buy them again!! I feel like a big happy kid again knowing that the best boots I ever used are available, and once more I can get the feeling that only these boots can give.
My boots are my dad's old boots. The padding inside is worn to the plastic, and there is black mold on the bottom of the liners. I am improving my abilities in the park and trying like hell to become the best park skier I can be but that's hard when hitting 15 footers causes so much shin pain I can't walk for the next two days. Dying for some T Wallisch boots but anything that I can actually work on my corks in that are not going to kill my legs would be amazing.
well it all started when i moved to Bend, Oregon. kinda. i was a die hard snowboard until i borrowed a pair of my friends skis. that's when i knew skiing was for me. one turn and i was hooked. I didn't buy new skis because i spent it on a new snowboard this year soo.. yeah.... now i am forced to use her skis with jk bindings on them and her ski boots... not just any ski boots but her ski boots size 27 (i'm size 29.5) girls Nordica boots... haven't felt my toes skiing since snowboarding...
I need a pair of Full Tilts because the shin bang is real and Wikipedia told me I need a pair of Full Tilts. On a serious note, I have been rocking the same pair of boots for the last 4 years and I'm seriously due for an upgrade. As i progress as a skier the more tricks I learn and as a result, the more shinbang I get. It sucks. Doesn't help either that my style is very buttery so I love doing presses and jibs all over the park. Currently I am just dealing with the pain and icing my shins everyday, but a pair of Full Tilts would make a world of difference to me and would bring my skiing to the next level. My current relationship of my boots is comparable to a girl who would wake you up in the morning with an amazing breakfast, then some half assed sandwich for lunch, then by dinner she dumps you for another guy. That's basically a day with my boots. Guys, please help me forget about my pained relat(shin)ship and hook me up with a lovey pair of Full Tilts!
Does this face look like I still want to be rocking my '09 Booters?? Liners all banged out, but us college students can't afford the new T-Wall's!!! Help a brother out!! My toes are black!!
My old boots are terrible and I need new boots because my boots are cracking and are getting really old and dirty. My boots are also getting really small and I would like some new ones.

As a recent transplant from the southeast to the northwest, I recently had the chance to enjoy my first ski season. While getting set up I also had the chance to try on a lovely pair of full tilt classics. This was followed by the realization that I couldn't afford anything new and still afford to ski. Enter these decrepit old nordicas. They're the same age as I am, and I'm in grad school.
These are old. I need the ninja turtle boots. New boots are expensive, I have no money. This seems like the best way to get some new foot whips.

So my full tilt boots were so useful to me they helped me out so much, they made me get my 360's stopmed helped me do bigger jumps and all new different stuff. They are the best boots i have ever had, the fit perfectly, the flex is amazing and its awesome! My boots are getting pretty old, the pic i put was the first year i used it but i have been using it for more year, they are getting old, beat up i mean ski boots are not invinceble when u freestyle ski!!!!! ;) When ever i put the boots on at the park everyone looks at me do the jumps and land the 360's, go switch unto rails, people even come up to me and ask me how i did that and i answer: "its the boots, there magical" Thnx Adib
I want full tilts so I can turn into the best skier there ever was. Without full tilts I'm just some park bum, but if i had full tilts id suddenly turn into that guy everybody watches stomping bangers while taking the chairlift. Plus full tilts are just the steeliest thing since nom.
I need new boots because the boots what i got at the moment are very hard. I´ve wondered all my life about to get those boots because my all friends have them and they have recommend them to me. :) peace
In the year 2014 I won the sexiest skier award as you can see from the attached picture, I owe it all to my Tom Wallish Full Tilts. I hope I can claim the title again next year but there is only one problem. My boots don't fit anymore and without my Full Tilts I am nothing. Choose me for a new pair of Full Tilts and I promise you I will be 2015's sexiest skier.
i just got a sweet new pair of j skis. we all know when you got a pair of skis that sweet you need a pair of boots to match the sweetness. the only boots out there that can match j skis are a pair of full tilts. help me be the best looking kid on the planet next year. ill give you a shout out when im famous
Dear Full Tilt a.k.a my dream boot, I have been skiing a really crappy pair of Alpina boots for the past 2 seasons. I have been getting really bad shin bang from the park jumps and rails. In fact, I recently smashed my face on a rail because I couldn't flex my boots! It would mean the world to me to receive a pair of B and E full tilts. I have believed in full tilt ever since I saw your 3 piece design. I LOVE hitting big air but just can't land right without bruising my shins or face. Please help me improve my skiing by giving me a pair of Full Tilts. FULL TILT DOMINATES. PERIOD. Full Tilt is a modern innovative dream that would mean everything if it could come true for me. Sincerely, Zach
Do you know what this is? Well it's a contraction machine for my knee. In fact yesterday I had surgery on a complete knee rebuild and have to do this for 6 hours a day for 6 weeks. It's a bummer missed out on spring skiing cause I hurt it on the 31st of February. I won't be able to work this summer to buy a new pair of boots. On impact of the jump I completely blew the front of my cheap ski boots, now I'm have no ski boots nor I won't have enough money to buy a new pair for next season when the doctor releases me. It would be very appreciated of Full Tilt boots to give me a opportunity to be able to ski as soon as I get released next winter else I'll have to wait till maybe the next season to get a new pair. Thanks, Mat Kramer
I've been skiing since I was 3 but for the past 3 years I've been renting a cheap pair of ski boots for the season that reek of moth balls. I figured losing toe nails and incredibly sore feet was a part of all the fun skiing brings to my life. What I didn't know was that rental boots are not the best boots to use while skiing park, as you can see from the picture I learned the hard way. Unfortunately a year after having a broken wrist, stitches, and some crazy bruising on my face I'm still stuck in the same old pair of rental boots! Help me avoid any further damage to my face FullTilt!
Hi, My name is Zach, I have been skiing for 8 yeas now. When I was ten, I found out about Momentum Ski Camps, I have been saving for 3 years now and have finally saved enough to go. When I ride and practice tricks I get horrible shin-bang that puts me out of commission for at minimum of a week. These are boots that I picked up for twenty dollars at a ski resort rental area in Jackson Hole, Wyoming going out of business, though they were great while I was just cruising; they are not great for the abuse the park gives out, that's why I would really appreciate getting a pair of Full Tilts.
I need new boots because my old pair broke andi cannot afford new ones. Winning these would be better than my wedding day. There's nothing like skiing full tilts and I don't want to have to stop now so I hope I win.
I need new boots because mine hurt my feet and I always ski and need new ones because my nails are bronzed. I really want full tilts.
Heres 3 pictures of what happened when I tried to do a season in Revelstoke. I got to the 30th December with a few niggles from sending it. Brand new Salomon Impact 120's perfect! However, when cruising (hammering) back to the chair I caught a pine cone on my right ski, loaded my left and got sent flying into a tree. What you see is the aftermath. Thankfully the boots smashed on impact, rather than my ankle or leg. I walked out of hospital 8 hours later with bruised organs and bones and my desire to ski unbroken. Since returning home I've had a big weekend in Lech and not a worry in the world about still sending it, albeit in rentals!
I recently got back into skiing this year (yay), and I've been wearing an old pair of hand-me-down ski boots. My mum has told me recently that in the coming season I could get new boots, but she recently got laid off from her job...so that is not very realistic anymore. With all the saving she will be doing for our needs and not wants (new ski boots) it is highly unlikely I would be getting new boots anytime soon. It would be so great to be chosen a winner because I'm not sure how much longer I'll actually be able to get those boots done up. Thanks. :)
BENJAMIN- SHOW ME PICTURES! FROM 3/31 re upload of my boots. Second try I'm under 5MBs.... mmmh? and I've emailed Dev.. word?
I've been shredding on Full Tilts for the last three years and smoke through two pairs a year in the park and flying high in aerials. This year I won the Junior Nationals in my age division and am pulling some sick park tricks off massive jumps all over Colorado. Looking for a fun summer season training at the Olympic Park with McRae, Sharlee and Seedog and tearing up Windell's with the Winter Park team. Yeah, I smoke through gear like crazy and I need new boots! :)
No, that is not a picture of super-secret-high-tech-low-profile bindings that reduce weight without sacrificing comfort or control. That is a picture of a pair of Birkenstocks duct taped to my Megawatts. As a long-time snowboarder making the transition to skis, getting all the gear together is a slow and expensive process. I may not know a lot about ski gear yet (see picture again for proof), but I have heard that Full Tilt is where it's at for comfortable, high-performance boots. So help me by getting my feet into a pair of new Full Tilts! The Birks weren't working that well anyway...
I have been proudly rocking a pair of First Chairs for the last 4 seasons now, I've taken them through everything from trips to the states to rock park, to big mountain competitions in my backyard of Kicking Horse, BC, and even on touring trips. They're currently cracked, one around the cuff, other around the pivot. Still rocking them with duct tape to hold them together. Still rocking tours, still competing big mountain. Help me out full tilt! http://25.media.tumblr.com/ecbf1bf809c7d61562171bd03642f231/tumblr_n3dc08VphZ1qf3ukto1_1280.jpg http://24.media.tumblr.com/8ad34499aee660e8fa35dc8df2d125c2/tumblr_n2k86iGZnq1qf3ukto1_1280.jpg
I love to ski since i was 3 years old. My dad never liked freestyle skiing, that's why he always bought race boots for me. When i raised enough money, i got a pair of freestyle skis, against my father's will because freestyle is what i like. Now that i have a pair of skis, i have no money to buy freestyle boots and my feet hurt like hell. since i am studying i have no time anymore to work and make some money to buy my freestyle full tilt boots. I hope i will win the contest so that my passion for freestyle will finally be a true fact.
“WTF!” That’s what I’m yelling to my nerdy ski buddies just before this yard sale. You know, “watch this fellas”, because that’s what you yell when you’re about to launch some goofy air off a little stump jump and you want everybody to check it. “Cause it’s gonna be legit” or “off the hook” or some such nonsense. What do I know? I’m 51 years old for Ullr’s sake. I’m just trying to have a good time like everybody else. Then, of course, this happens. EPIC FLAIL, followed by my buddies laughing their heads off. Stupid boots. (At least this time my binding released.) And this explains why I need Full Tilts. That middle buckle would lock my heel down, that sweet forward flex would have me launching that stump with some steezy style, and that Intuition liner and ribbed tongue would insure no shin bang when I stomped the landing. Yeah, nobody would be laughing because I’d be one bad……. Ok, so I’d still be a 51 year old nerd. But man, I’d be a happy one, no doubt about it. And me and Ullr would be tight and everything would be alright.
I've been skiing for 15 of my 19 years on this planet and never once in my life have I had a new pair of boots. It has always been used boots from my local ski shop. I bought my Nordica Superchargers in 2009 for $50 and have skied on them for 5 seasons. These were my favorite pair of boots and I hoped I would never have to get rid of them. Unfortunately they cracked by the toe earlier this season. I tried to ski on them with the crack but that was just not happening because it caused some gnarly shin bang/ toe bang. So, I went into the depths of my basement and pulled out my dads Raichle Flexons from way back when, snazzed them up with a few Wu-Tang hawks on the toes and continued to shred. Although these boots allow me to shred they definitely don't allow me to shred to my full potential, but if I had a nice new pair of Full Tilts then and only then could I truly shred the gnar.
I've been skiing since I was four years old and it's what I love to do most in this world. Years ago I got a pair of boots that were decent at the time but now are just really worn and torn up and painful to wear. They are really not meant for riding park and results in my ankles and legs in pain every time I ride. The past few years I have been skiing a lot more and been getting out 3 or 4 times a week and my boots are just not working for me anymore. I've really admired full tilt boots and have really wanted a pair but have not been able to raise the money to get a pair. I think that with a pair of full tilt boots I would be able to meet my full potential and continue to progress knowing that my feet and ankles are going to be as comfy as can be. The boots I have now just aren't cutting it and I would absolutely love a pair of full tilt boots.
FULL TILT? because it's a functional three piece system that all work in concert together, ideal volume shell to foot fit; more importantly foot to ski, lightweight, EZ on/off and lets not forget - 1984 BILL JOHNSON stole the gold; a first Amero gold in Downhill history with these boots at Sarajevo! If that's not a salt test I'm not sure what is? My first pair were Flexon PMTs now it's the COMPS that I've been skiing since 1990. Image from Mammoth attached - helmets? miss those goggs? green is a favorite color! . In 2001 I severely injured my back with these boots on nearly landing myself in a wheelchair. My girlfriend then, now my wife clipped my flight wings grounding me to tree ski only. Twenty-four years later, three liners, handful of heel strikes, random velco straps, part-outs from Raichle Molitor by old Stapleton and they're still delivering me unto the Talons Challenge at Beaver Creek. I've been skiing most my entire life and at 47 come this April 16th these boots will have been with me for more than half my freaking life! I love these boots they're BDASS!
I’ve been skiing with the original 3-piece design (Raichle) boots since 1985 when I was 18. I’ve owned two pair over the last 28 years. I’m a firm believer in holding on to a pair of boots when you find a great pair. These boots are the greatest I’ve ever skied in. I actually just blew out my last pair today skiing down the top bowl at Copper Mountain, Colorado. Fortunately no injuries except for the fact my beloved boots are absolutely gone as you can see from the picture. During a moment of complete insanity I was contemplating not replacing them so, while I was trying to decide I thought I would go to the rental shop. I explained what happened and asked them for the best boot they had to rent. The boots I skied in the rest of the day where HORRIBLE. I’m trying to find a local dealer to purchase another pair of the Classic of course so I can enjoy the rest of our 5 days of skiing. I remain sold out to the 3 piece design. Thank you Full Tilt for keeping it alive.
I just started skiing big mountains last year and along came park riding. On the slow days, when I wasn't clearing jumps I was getting really bad shin bang. But then I see other people doing corks and flat spins and not clearing either but, skiing away just fine! I asked how they didn't get shin bang and they said, FULL TILT!" I went home and looked it up. I immediately fell in love with the boot. I am currently using last years Alpina boots which are getting small and uncomfortable. I thought to myself, "boy oh boy are those boots absolutely AMAZING!" I am on your site every day looking at the cool boots. You don't know how much I would LOVE a new pair of Full Tilt Boots. FULL TILT IS THE BEST!!!!!!
About four years ago I was set on getting snowboard lessons instead of skiing. The guy fitting boots told me I would probably be back within fifteen minutes asking to switch to skis, so I took his advice and didn't even bother trying to snowboard. This was the best decision I could have made. I have recently started park last year after many runs down the other slopes and my current boots are making me believe there is no such thing as a comfortable ski boot for park. However, I see all of these skiers who seem to have no problem with this issue. What kind of boots do I see when they all pass me? Full Tilt after Full Tilt. I just can't get away from the thought of not being able to continue or progress in park skiing without a pair. My boots and I have tried to endure many park runs but it just doesn't cut it so we have come to a mutual agreement to leave our past behind and go separate ways. This being said, I would love to one day enjoy the experience of owning a set of Full Tilt boots.
Here is my story. The picture says it all.
My name is Peter, and skiing is my way of having fun. From in my little backyard park to my local resort, it is pretty much the only thing I do. My boots right now aren't helping me do what I love to do. I want full tilts because from everybody that I know has them say they are amazing, or all the pros like Tom wallisch wear them. It would be the greatest thing ever, and it would make my life happier if I won this contest. Thank you.
The pictures alone should show why I need new Full Tilt boots. I was hoping to get one more year out of mine but am afraid they are going to blow up. I got these boots in the early 90's - BC (before kids). Twenty-five years later, I am married with four kids. A couple of years ago I got new shaped skiis but new boots are just not in the budget (due to the wife and four kids mentioned above). I looked for boots at second-hand stores but nothing compares to the fit and flex of my beloved Raichles. This year, on opening day at Whistler, I saw a 20-something wearing what I thought were old Raichles. He told me that they were actually new Full Tilt boots and that I could get replacement parts for mine. I can replace the liners and heal piece but there was no toe piece and mine are so worn that a rental shop would not even fit them on anymore! I will likely only need one more pair of boots and would sure like to spend my remaining skiing days in the new Full Tilt version of the Raichles of my youth.
Hi my name is Bryce and I live in farmington ME. I got these Dalbello Menace about 3 years ago when I was 12 before I even started park skiing . when I started park skiing I really started to like them and shredded just about every day with them. But now 3 years later Im 15 the liners are tearing and a bit small .I still love them to death but my parent's think I should get new ones .. I've always wanted a pair of full tilts ever since I tried on a pair of classics 2 years ago at my local ski shop but my family couldn't afford them at the time. Although a new pair would be pretty sweet I really want new skis as well and I know I wont be able to afford both seeming that I'm going to need to get a car this fall and I still need to find a job to pay for this great but expensive sport. Sorry I posted this twice the picture didn't go through the first time. this is not a picture of my boots but they are a pair off the internet because I could not change the format to requirements

I’m an average 18 year old wanna be skier and here is my reason. I’ve been boot hopping since the age of 5(the age I started skiing) Over the past 5 years, I’ve devoted nearly all my money to anything skiing related—including countless pairs of used boots. Now, more than ever, I need good boots. I’ve worn about 5 pairs of used boots over the past 3 years. Only recently was I able to graduate from my old 10$ rear entry boots. However my 4-buckle boots haven’t been much better. Over the past few years I’ve endured purple, frozen toes after only 3 hours of skiing in badly fitting, no-soled boots. I had a year where my boot cut off my circulation by cutting into my leg every time I flexed. I’ve also struggled with being an expert skier, skiing in a beginner flex—I stuffed superfeet in the back of my boot that year. I’ve consistently struggled from uncomfortable, bad flexing boots as I pursue my passion. Full Tilt could remedy all these problems. For a year I’ve been unsuccessfully trying to save money (nearly impossible in College with tuition debt) help me reach my dream!
My son has been doing volunteer work in Guatemala for the last couple of years. He says he dreams about skiing at least once a week and found an old pair of ski boots at a local thrift shop in the middle of Guatemala. He couldn't resist buying them and getting a picture with them in the jungle--closest thing to skiing he's seen in a while. He really needs a new pair of Full Tilt Boots for next ski season. He loves his Full Tilts, they are his prized possession. However, his old pair of Full Tilts seem to have vanished, I think his friends buried them after he left; they had a distinctive odor developed over three years on constant use. Thanks for considering our entry!
Please help thes are my current boots. I love park skiing but my boots are horrible when it comes to shin bang. I like to ski everyday with my friends. please help
i need new boots because it is my dream to get sponcered by a ski company. i need new ones because the ones i have are way to small and they are beat up, wich is limiting on how good i am able to ski in the park. It would be a dream come true if i get new full tilts because i watch instagram posts, and videos almost every day! ive told ALL my friends to buy full tilts and more than 4 have bought some!
My boots don't match the color of my skies!
I'm the youngest, which is synonymous with hand-me-downs. For those who can relate, know what I suffer through. The only new ski gear I ever get is from the ski swap which really is not new. The boots I have now are nordica dobermans from my brother who got them used from a girl on the ski team. I shred the park, so stiff boots aren't my jam. Every day I come home with brused shins and soar feet. All my friends have full tilts so I feel left out. Please consider my wish.
I have been skiing for 2 years and I love it! But I was recently talked into doing a double front flip. I was excited and tried the first time and destroyed my legs. My bindings didn't eject and my tibia shot of my right leg breaking it along with my fibula. Then the ski patrol brought me down the ski patrol and had to cut my boots off. Two days later I got a plate 6 screws and 28 stitches in my leg. I would really like some new boots so I can keep skiing, I love the spot and want to keep doing it.
Have you ever had something you just can't let go of? Like say the 3 piece boot design? Well for me that thing is my 2009 full tilt conflict, they were the most dependable boot I've ever had and although they are a little beat up these days they still get the job done! But I do believe it's time to upgrade and I'd really like to get another ft boot to ski for another 5 awesome years.

I'm Taylor, an 18 year old girl who has been passionate about skiing for 14 years of my life. Out of these 14 years I raced competitively for 11 years. Last year was my last year of racing, and mid-way throughout the year I ventured into the park to try something new. Turns out, I'm hooked and can't get enough of the park! I've been skiing park since then and even competed in a couple of events this year, and am hoping to take part in a ski camp this summer. I got a pair of park twins for my birthday, and the only thing I'm missing is a pair of boots. Unfortunately, for the time being I'm still rocking my 6 year old Rossignal race boots. They're a bit dated and are also very stiff, heavy and uncomfortable. Full Tilt is definitely my first choice of boot that I want to get since I've heard nothing but fantastic things about them!
My Salomon X-wave past away, on my last trip. Now I need a new pair of boots so I can continue to learn my 4 year old daughter to ski. And next year my 2 year old son is starting to ski as well.
I dont have boots and i just got my setup. I would be blessed if you guys could pick me so i can ride my skis!!!!!
Check this. Im curently working a winter season in the French Alps and have been riding with my Level One's for 2 seasons now and they are starting to wear...the bottems are getting trashed and the Insides becoming hard and worn. unfortunaly this has led to me getting some epic shin bash and sore pinkys!! I Love the look of the Level One's and don't regret buying them at all. The Origianl Three Piece Design is still the way forward in life I just wish they would have lasted another season or 2. Peace Out Fudge lovers!!
"What happened?" "Well Doc, I was sittin there with my uh, friend who happens to be a girl, and you know, it was about that time that we uh, and I...I..." "It's okay, just let it out." "I couldn't tilt, Doc!" I began to sob quietly. Actually, it sounded more like Al Copone’s Tommy gun when he committed...tax evasion. "I see. Let me speak with the nurse. This is more serious than I thought." "Wait! Doc...I just wanna tilt. It's not my fault! You see, I was born with a 2-piece design, and it just can’t tilt all the way up! You gotta help me! How can I raise my kids to shred the gnar if I don't have any tilt? How can I even have kids without tilt? Oh, please, Doc-" "Son- you’ll be okay." In that moment, with Dr. Seth’s hand on my 2-piece design, I knew it would be okay. Because he could see in my eyes that powder isn't a just a pretty dame, she's a full built lady you walk home to meet your mother. And the only way to walk a lady of that size home is by wearing a pair of Full Tilts.
I totally understand what Seth Morrison went through with his boots. I’ve been skiing Raichle’s since 1989. My current pair are Kneissl’s and I’ve been patching them together for the last ten years. My boots are so hammered I call them the cruel shoes because they hurt my feet, but I won’t get rid of them because they ski so well. I have adopted a mantra of “just one more season”. When the stock tongues wore out, I begged some world cup tongues off a rep and thought, “just one more season”. When the Velcro power strap wore out, I replaced it and thought, “just one more season”. When the world cup tongue broke I got a pair of #10 tongues and thought “just one more season”. I baked the liner for 2nd time after I moved out of the mountains and my feet got fat from not skiing 150 days a year and thought, “just one more season”. My oldest child just went to college, “just one more season”. And with two more kids heading to college, new boots are sadly low on the priority list. Help me Full Tilt!
Basically last weekend the worst thing that could have possibly happen.. happened.. Here's the story from beginning to end. I love to ski, so on christmas(the most recent christmas) I asked for one thing, to go skiing for a few days with my awesome cousin in colorado at Winter Park, Mary Jane. Im a young gun, bout 16 years young and love this sport more than anything. So I got my present under one condition, I keep my grades up and my mom said that when I get to colorado "I have to charge and ski as hard as I have ever skied before. So I promised to her that I would... I was all set to leave on March 14th.... Last weekend on march 8th, I felt a pop in my knee while playing in a squash tournament, I took an injury timeout and came back on court and played through the pain to win that match. I got home and it swelled up a lot. I got my MRI's on monday the 10th and a doc appt today, March 12th. I was told I tore my meniscus badly and could not go to colorado and have to have surgery in 2 weeks, Im not going to lie, I cried a good amount. The amount of excitement that built up over the months after christmas was shattered all too quickly. I think full tilt boots would help me to regain some positive vibes and give me a drive to get out west next year. thanks for reading, cheers.

Last November I moved from Ireland to Canada to ski every day. My family thought this drastic, given that I had done only a couple of days skiing in my life, but nothing else had made me feel so free. I arrived in the Rockies with minimal knowledge of ski gear, and got taken in by the dodgiest ski shop in town, paying way over the odds for a pair of boots two sizes too big. This has taken its toll upon my legs, and I now take huge amounts of ibuprofen to allow me to ski at all. The photo shows one attempted cure - taping plastic bags to my leg to fill the excess room! I know that taking so many painkillers isn't smart, but this two year work visa represents my only opportunity to immerse myself in this sport, and I refuse to let any of the experience slip away. A physiotherapist explained that my muscles and tendons are so damaged that the only way I can ski for the rest of the season unmedicated is in a three piece boot. Unfortunately, I suffer from the common ski bum syndrome of living on the bread line, and my bank has unsurprisingly refused to extend my overdraft! New Full Tilts would rescue this venture into which I have invested so much, and which has been by far the best experience of my life. If this entry is unsuccessful, I may swap a (ibuprofen scarred) kidney for a pair of these boots!
I am a snowboarder that started skiing when I was knee high to a grass hopper!!! I have been a Ski and Snowboard Instructor at Powderhorn Mountain Resort outside Mesa, CO for six years. When I first started I got put on ski's and I rented(YUCK!). I borrowed my dad's old ski boots so I at least had better boots. Over the years I have come by ski's but never boots. I am a PSIA-AASI Level 1 Certified(both disciplines) Instructor and my borrowed boots are old, packed out, and out of date!!! As I will be getting Full Tilt's regardless I would love to win a pair!!!
I love my Full Tilt classics that I ski in now but I have to say they are getting a little... worn. After over 150 days of skiing with them, I have broken 6 buckles, drilled a hole in the track the buckle slides across in order to put a buckle onto it so I could ski the next day, had an outside cuff mount fall off on me, and watched my intuition liners deteriorate into something resembling the skin of my 80 year old grandma (God bless her). Not to mention the fact that my soles are worn down so much that I think my toe might start peeking out of the bottom and ejection from my bindings is just a guess at this point. As I head off to college next year, a new pair of boots would be one less expense I have to worry about.
So I basically can't stand the majority of ski boots. When its cold as snot and your trying to jam your foot into your boot like a fly trying to penetrate a light bulb, you're not gonna have a good time! Being my college student self, I made a compromise. What followed was wearing the cheapest pair of rear entry boots I could find on my budget; my mom's white and pink Solomon's from wayyy back! Although these fine specimens have solved the cold entry problem, I endure toe bang like none other. Being just a wee bit too small(even removing the soles to fit) my toesies are victim to much pain, such hurt! Slashing face shots through the toe ache is doable but painable! Some fresh full tilts would fully tilt my frown upside down, making those pow poppers and hard stomps well worth the painful price of a lift pass!!
I presently have Atomic T5's they were my father's ski boots they are 5 years old and he passed them on to me. I started skiing in 2000 and im currently 18 years old. i never had a ski boot that fit me, i always had sore feet while skiing since im five, im looking for the best boots so i can finally reach my full potential. my boots right now are curently a size too small and hurts like hell but i go through it because skiing iis my passion, its the best adrenaline a sport has to offer.

I've had my Technica Bonifides for the last 7 years and I liked them until I tried out a pair of full tilts. I've been dealing with a great deal of shin bang these last two seasons with my Technicas, probably because I have have beat the hell out of them. I tried a pair of Full Tilt Konflicts a month ago at Jay and it was the BEST fitting boot I have ever tried. I have a very narrow foot so I have always had trouble with my ski boots. This was not the case while riding the Konflicts. My foot stayed seated so well in that boot and I have never been so agile in the woods at Jay Peak in my life. I'm currently a student in college studying electrical engineering so money is a constant struggle. Winning these boots would really save my legs and allow me to advance my skiing. Thank you for your consideration, -Mark
ok so i have these old boots that i got 4 years ago and there not even park boots. My dad wont buy me a new pair and there 2 sizes two small. Last time i went skiing I tried two 7 and my shin bang was horrible. I could not get up for 10 minutes and i could not ski the rest of these day(5 more hours). This was 2 weeks ago and i have finally saved up enough money to go to windells. It took me 3 years to save up and now i cant even go unless i get a new pair cause my shin was badly bruised and slightly fractured. I have been searching the internet for whatever boots could find for the past 6 hours. This is my only hope, Please help me
ok just to start this off i have had handy downs since the day i was born and they past 3 YEARS my older brother in his sneaky way of getting what ever he wants got the exact same size of boots three years in a row!!! and get this my foot is bigger than his but just by a little bit so my feet are always crammed in the boot that is too small so i cant fit my feet in the boot with out it hurting i cant ski to the fullest because of that and i awlays wanted a pair of full tilt boots thanks
I would like to get new boots because mine are starting to fall apart. They have broken buckles and the strap is broke. They seem like a good brand because they are solamon spk boots, but in reality they are really bad. I also get bad shin bang and frostbit toes. I'v heard nothing but positive things about full tilts and i would LOVE to have a pair.
After stumbling across your contest yesterday, I embarked on a journey to determine just how old my boots are. Doing some mental math, I was pretty confident that my parents bought me these boots while I was still racing – somewhere around Grade 9 or 10. Sent an email to my parents last night, and my mom confirmed that they bought the boots in 1988 - that makes them 26 years old! And still going strong. In the words of my mom: I guess it pays to buy quality! I know money was tight in those days with having to buy all the sports equipment for you guys and to pay for ski passes and lessons. Was all worth it though!! I can’t bring myself to buy new boots as I am in love with my fuchsia Flexons. They still perform incredibly well, fit great, never give me pain and my toes are always warm. And they are so easy to put on! If it weren’t for my pre-teen daughters teasing me about my “pink” boots, I wouldn’t consider replacing them. Secure in my masculinity, I keep telling them, it’s not about how you look, it’s about how you ski!
Hi Full Tilt, I'm just another broke ass ski bum, in need of a little boot love. I've been shredding in my 7 year old Technica's since the ripe old age of 16, I'm now 23 and it just so happens that my foot hasn't grown since! My boots and I have been through a lot together. Our most recent trip was to the states to 'study abroad' let me tell you, there wasn't much studying! My boots and I had blast together though shredding Beaver Mountain! We've been through thick and thin, literally from the rock ridden Aussie alps to waist deep pow. I'm saddened that the fun times together have to end with my Technica's but like most long lasting relationships there comes a time in a man's life when he needs to move on to better things. It's time my boots and I went our separate ways this coming season. Help a brotha out and throw some new boots my way and you can rest easy knowing I'll love them till the day I die! Yours truly A boot loving brotha!

Full Tilt, Two years ago I picked up a pair of old Technic TNT Explosion 8's for ridiculously cheap due to a tight “college kid” budget. They worked great through the first season, however the boots have recently begun to earn their name "Explosions". They literately explode on my feet... All sorts of "bang", shin bang, heal bang, toe bang... Everything but AFTERBANG! The one "bang" I really need!! From the words of Tom Wallisch, The King of Afterbang himself, "you’re not afterbanging for the camera or for the crowds, that's not what it’s all about, you’re doing it for yourself." Full Tilt, I simply CAN NOT do it without you. Please help me afterbang all day, every day, all the way down the mountain. Together, lets end the shin bang, and bring on the AFTERBANG!!
I ski for my brother, he inspires me to strive for the best tricks possible. He sadly has autisim and is not able to ski because of his wheel chair. My skiing brings his life joy, watching me do simple jumps and rail tricks in front of him. I want to improve to make him even more proud of me, but sadly my boots won't let me. I have had these red and white old fashion ski boots since i was 10 and they still do not fit me properly because they are size 11 I have to wear 4 pairs of socks to get down a hill. If you do the kindness of giving me boots, it will mean the world to me, and my brother, Peter. So please, find it in your heart to make someones life a bit more joyful in this cruel world, please give me the privilege of making my brother happy. This is why I need full tilt boots.
Just to show you what im doing after ride whit my 3 soles in my boots ! Michael entry of 28/2/14
I'm 62, been skiing for 43 years, 22 of them on the same Lange boots. Couple of weeks ago I was skiing with my son, trying to keep up with him in the park. I noticed my feet were cold all day, which is unusual. When I took off my boots at the end of the day, my feet were soaked. That's when I realized my boots were cracked. I guess I took too many of the big kickers! So I've crazy glued and duct taped them, but I'm not doing any more jumps with them! I have taught all five of my kids to ski. With two presently in college and one more to go, winning boots would certainly help my wallet, and your light, flexible boots are just the thing to keep an old bat skiing!
After 5 years of skiing the Seth Morrison boot in Crested Butte, Colorado they have seen better days. I have a solid 400+ days on the boots. I am going through some financial problems. luckily my job provides a pass and I have skis to ski on. as far as boots go, my feet are screaming at me. This is the best boot that I have ever skied and to think its the same boot my grandfather skied for years. Please help me continue to ski to the fullest with the most comfortable boot on the market. I am a core skier that sure could use a new pair of boots to keep on shredding!
Hey! I'm Tima from Russia just came back from Sochi Olympics where i was working as a part of Slip Crew for freestyle skiing. That's where i realized that my 10 years old Nordica boots that my dad gave to me is a real obstacle for my progress in freeskiing. I was shocked it seems like i lost like 4 years. Why do I want Full Tilts? Well I've talked to many athletes there at the Olympics and the all were like yeah man, you should get Brand New Full Tilts! I feel like i have no choice now. So Good luck to me!
I have been skiing park for the last 2 years. My dad gave me these 130 stiffness boots because I cracked a pair of 90's so I'm stuck with these solid heavy pieces of crap. The shin bang is unreal at points I don't want to ski. My dad refuses to buy me softer boots saying I will break them. HOW WILL I BREAK THEM that's what I don't understand. I am trying to get better but these boots are holding me back. I heard full tilts are like heaven on your feet and I really need them. Also to prove my dad wrong Please help me out
I broke my leg skiing in 2012. I have pins and bolts in place since then and using rental ski boots is a nightmare because they don't fit comfortably . I would just love to have my own boots. I'm just back skiing since the accident and bee boots would give me confidence
It was a winter day in Whistler, I took a break to eat some Twizzlers, I had just landed a 360, And so I wished I had some whiskey, Because as shin-bang took its toll, I yelped and cursed like a troll, My mom and dad were full of guilt, So I fell and screamed, "I NEED FULL TILTS!" You know... I would write another poem for this next part, but lets face it. We're ski bums not poets. I guess the boots that I have now are pretty good, but they are Lange racing boots. They are so heavy, so big, and so unresponsive in the park. Once, I got lucky enough that my friend let me use his Full Tilt boots. You guys have a serious multi-million, heaven worthy, Einstein impressing idea. Honestly, they would help me progress so much in the park, in jumps, and in moguls. I just love how Full Tilt Boots actually feel like part of your feet even in powder. You guys really aren't joking when you say that on your web-site. Please help, or my shins will forever yelp. Please make my dream come true, thank you
Vermont isn't exactly the Big Mountain Powder center of the world. So why should I ski around the park in boots made for just that. I have had salomon quest 90 boots for a few years now and they are getting old and the buckles are breaking. They aren't a bad boot for someone skiing powder or hiking (they have tread on the bottom) but they are too heavy for park or urban and having to lug them through the air is what is really preventing me from getting my triples around. My back is in pain from carrying my bag when the only thing in it is my huge boots. I have never had the pleasure of wearing full tilts even though my friends say it's like standing in a cloud. Getting full tilts has been a dream of mine for years now and you could make it come true!
I have the old fulltilt booters, an amazing product. I learned how to hit my first rails and try my first flips wearing these boots! Fulltilt products are my favorite and cant imagine skiing on anything else. Unfortunately my pair of 2011 booters are not holding up so well anymore. If i won a pair of boots I would be extremely thankful and would go a long way in helping me achieve my goal of skiing at a higher level. Even if I don't win I will always stick with your product, thanks.
In Connecticut the snow is bad and there aren't good mountains, except they're real mountains, there more like hills. Every weekend I go out skiing and I have to use rentals, and let me tell you that they suck. They're super stiff, always too small and trying to learn how to ski park is really hard. So if I could win a pair of full tilts it would make my learning experience much better and it would make skiing in general much better.
Here in Fairbanks Alaska the terrain is rough, the weather is cold, the ground is frozen and my boots are older, stiffer and more stubborn than the ancient teli skiers on 200cm wooden boards who skin up the mountain because "ski passes are for whimps". My plastic clunkers were so stiff that the leather circa 1970 teli boots that I recently found in my garage actually seemed like an improvement. I took out my dads 212 cm tuas and those old leather boots and gave them a try at my local hill. It was great, my shins didn't hurt and I got so much respect from the old gray hairs. The only problem was that I couldn't ski anything steeper than a blue and even those were a bit intimidating. Please help me return to the modern world of skiing with a pair of full tilts, Here’s a poem that I wrote to convey my feelings. stiff boots are worthless they serve not a purpose leather is fine and it looks so divine but of only one thing do i ceaselessly dream if a full tilt was mine I would be forever sublime
I inherited an old pair of boots, which unfortunately is too big. They work fairly well, but a new pair would be a dream to help improve my skiing
I have these pair of CRAP boots that i'm out growing and I need new boots! The first time I saw a pair of FTs I was I love with them. I keep tell my mom to buy a pair but she keeps saying "No!" My friend Noah has a pair and he keeps saying buy a pair of FTs. He told me a couple things about them. He said they were light weight, great boot, and so much more! My point is i really need a new pair of boots and FT is my first choice! I hope to win the Tom Wallisch pro models (2014). My size is 27.0.

I am east coast skier who switched to a freestyle program last season. My dad typically buys me used equipment because apparently I outgrow everything too quickly for new stuff. Last season we were lucky enough to find a nice set of Solomon Shogun skis but the boots were just a typical 4 buckle set up. This season we picked up a nice set of Line Mastermind twin tips but again with a basic 4 buckle set up. As I started getting more aggressive I realized I had trouble getting lift and my feet were always hurting. The instructors then informed me that I basically had two bricks on my feet and would never get any agility, or air, with the bulky boots. One of the instructors sold me his old, smelly, but functional pair of Atomic Ace of Spades 3 buckle boots. Even though they are basically too small I jammed my feet in and presto! everything came together. My feet are in more pain, coupled with some decent shin bang (which I just found about the hard way a week ago). What I really want is some good fitting freestyle boots to help me soar higher-A new pair of Full Tilts should do the trick!
PLEASE HELP ME!!! I am a young ski instructor and have had the same over sized boots for 3 WHOLE YEARS! My foot is a 28.5 but for some odd reason my parents bought 31.5's assuming my foot would grow into it. Sadly my ski instructor pay check has not allowed for me to buy new boots this year. Spending 12 hours in a boot that is fits like a bucket is sort of like keeping your foot in a cheese grader and makes it painful to even wear shoes. Help an apprentice ski bum out and hook me up with the sweetest boots out there!
LOVE my old Kneissl Flexons but the liner tongues are dead and look what they do to my shins!!! Blood, scabs, and pain at the end of every days skiing... but when you're eating the mountain on a great pair of boots you quickly forget about the pain. Not quite the same when you take a shower the next morning and feel like someone's pouring acid down your shins! A nice new pair of FTs would stop my kids think I'm being murdered in the shower ;-)
